We hope you had a nice and pleasant time in your Uni Apart and felt comfortable. We would like to inform you about the processing of the deposit statement up to the repayment of your deposit.

The processing of the deposit will usually take around 4 to 8 weeks. Please note that this period may vary depending on individual circumstances.

The processing time depends on various factors, such as the condition of the apartment and the associated processing of any outstanding invoices. We want to ensure that all the necessary steps are taken carefully to ensure that your deposit statement is processed correctly.

Water, Electricity, Heating and LAN and all other additional costs.
Well-known projectible living costs because of the all-inclusive rental-fee, ready furnished apartments => no moving stress, no longterm binding rental contracts, communitiy areas, such as Fitnessstudio, Bar & Lounge, new contacts, no admission fee or any addtitional fees with signing, a moden living concept in a good adress, to only name a few of the advantages.
Every apartment is well-thought-out ready furnished.

We would like to inform you briefly and precisely about the emergency hotline.

It is important to note that the emergency hotline is exclusively intended for technical emergencies. We kindly ask you to contact the locksmith directly for issues such as being locked out of your apartment. In each of our properties, we have posted a list of the correct contacts for such situations.

Examples of technical emergencies include:

  • Power outage
  • Heating failure
  • Water supply failure
  • Faulty garage door
  • Immediate vandalism damage
  • Water damage
  • Malfunction of the elevator system
  • Etc.

Please note that in the event of a fire, you should contact the fire department at 112 directly. For medical emergencies, please call 112 or the medical on-call service at 116117. The police can be reached at 110.

We ask you to consider whether it is a technical emergency that can be resolved by contacting the appropriate person without using the emergency hotline.

Please be aware that you may not be able to reach a contact person immediately at the emergency hotline. In such cases, please leave a message on the voicemail. We will call you back promptly. Remember to provide a brief description of the incident/problem, your first and last name, apartment number, and the student apartment building or location.

For some apartments double occupancy is possible. Please contact us directly.
The Uni Apart student houses are run by private institutions. Public residential accomodations are supported financially by the government.

  • Proof of education (e.g. certificate of enrolment, or the like)
