The house.

The use of climate-neutral gas and electricity is a matter of course. The central technical property management coordinates residents' requests and takes care of repair and maintenance tasks on site. Janitors as well as all cleaning staff and administrative employees are employed directly by Uni Apart. So you don't have to rely on outside companies for these things - a real quality feature.
