    from 3.000 to 15.000 m²
    (Munich and Ingolstadt also less squaremetres)

  • In south-german region

  • central locations nearby city-centre and/or university

  • In residential area or acceptable or mixed-use areas - no business parks

  • undeveloped real estate, estates with old buildings or project packages

  • Building law or portfolio: ca 5.000 m² to 25.000 m² gross floor area (BGF)
    (Munich and Ingolstadt also less squaremetre)
