Uni Apart gives a positive assessment of IHKjobfit! 2026 in Ingolstadt
A successful exhibition presence, numerous interesting discussions and keen interest in career prospects: Uni Apart looks back on an all-round successful apprenticeship fair at the Saturn Arena in Ingolstadt.
This year’s IHKjobfit! took place on Saturday, 24 October 2026, at the Saturn Arena in Ingolstadt. Organised by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) for Munich and Upper Bavaria, the careers fair offered young people from the region the opportunity to find out about apprenticeships, dual study programmes and career entry opportunities.
With over 2,700 visitors, more than 100 regional training companies and around 150 training programmes on offer, the event once again proved a great success. The fair thus highlighted the importance of personalised career guidance and direct interaction between companies and potential young talent.
Great interest in the Uni Apart stand
Uni Apart was also represented with its own stand, presenting itself as a family-run business with strong regional roots and an attractive training provider. The focus was on the company’s diverse fields of activity and the opportunities for a career in the property sector.
Throughout the day at the fair, the Uni Apart team had the opportunity to hold numerous interesting discussions with school pupils, parents and other interested parties. We were particularly pleased by the high level of interest in the training opportunities on offer, the specific questions about day-to-day working life and the open, personal exchanges.
As a specialist in the development, letting and management of student accommodation, Uni Apart offers young people insights into various areas of the property sector. A particular focus is on the property sales assistant apprenticeship (m/f/d), during which trainees gain experience of a wide range of tasks and areas of responsibility.
Personal interaction as a key component of nurturing young talent
The exhibition appearance has once again highlighted the importance of face-to-face encounters in career guidance. For Uni Apart , IHKjobfit! offers a valuable opportunity to make early contact with motivated young talent and to present the company as an employer.
Uni Apart regards its participation in IHKjobfit! 2026 as a great success. In addition to the high number of visitors, the quality of the discussions held, the interest shown by the young people and the numerous new contacts made were particularly impressive.
