House technician as support of the technical object management (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• General support of the "Technical Property Management" team
• Carrying out minor repairs in the apartments
• Stock-keeping
• Technical control of central installations on site
• Disposal of replacement parts

Your profile:

• Manual dexterity and safe handling of equipment & machines required
• High readiness for action and flexibility
• Previous experience in the fields of heating, plumbing or electricity desirable
• Responsible and independent working style
• Driving license class B
