(Munich and Ingolstadt also less squaremetres)

In south-german region

central locations nearby city-centre and/or university

In residential area or acceptable or mixed-use areas - no business parks

undeveloped real estate, estates with old buildings or project packages

Building law or portfolio: ca 5.000 m² to 25.000 m² gross floor area (BGF)
(Munich and Ingolstadt also less squaremetre)
