The monthly rental fixed price of the apartments vary according to size of the floor plan layout and according to the apartment’s location within the building between € 493.- and € 647.-.

All-around living package

The monthly rental price includes:

•    The completely furnished apartment
•    every additional cost such as heating, water, cable-TV (except GEZ-fee) and others
•    electricity for your apartment
•    broadband internet access with up to 6 MBit/s without time or amount constraints (if desired, you may stock up your bandwith for a small amount by consulting our provider Cable Surf)
•    designated bike storing position
•    storage compartment in the basement.

Optionally, it is possible to book an underground parking lot on our premises if you wish to store your car safe and comfortably.

Prerequisites

Prerequisites are:

•    deposit (€ 1.000.-)
•    leasing term from October 1st of each year for a defined period of one year - option of prolonging the rental period for one year available (we will contact you quite a time before the end of your rental term so you have enough time to react)
•    short-term rental periods may be applicable according to availability  
•    Leasing only to: students, trainees, interns, doctoral candidates and other comparable applicants still in a training relationship.

All apartments are leased through our private administration - you will not be charged any commission fee.
