The student accommodation "Schleißheimer Straße" in the Munich city district "Milbertshofen" (northern Schwabing) at the corner of Schleißheimer Straße and Keferloher Straße has been finished and occupied in the end of 2004.

72 apartments are situated on 4 floors and are available in different floor plan layouts with floor sizes between 20 sqm and 32 sqm.

Every apartment has its own bathroom and kitchen. Moreover, every apartment is fully furnished for your comfort. The premises are connected to broadband cable network which allows you as a tenant not only to receive TV programs over cable but also to connect via a high-speed internet connection (in every room). This may also be used for VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol).

Additionally, every apartment has its own storage room in the basement and a storing position for a bike.

A lounge for common use is available on the ground floor.

In summer, the garden invites our tenants to spend leisure time under the blue-white Bavarian sky.

A room with washing machines and dryers (coins) facilitates your daily life and enables you to concentrate on the beauty of the city.

The garage on the lower floor offers car parking lots for our tenants. These may be booked for a low additional fee with your apartment.

Usually the rental period for the apartments begins on October 1st and ends on September 30th of the following year. After this period, an option may be booked which extends the rental contract for another year.
