Uni Apart Permoserstrasse offers 5 different apartment types:

Upper floors (1. - 3. floor):

• BS-Studio: approx. 25 sqm of living space (w/ private balcony)
• B-Studio:   approx. 27 sqm of living space (w/ private balcony)
• L-Studio:   approx. 29 sqm of living space
  

Ground floor:

• T-Studio:   approx. 27 sqm of living space (w/ private terrace)
  
• LT-Studio: approx. 31 sqm of living space (w/ private terrace)

All of the abovementioned furniture is included in the rental price.

Every apartment is equipped with TV-cable and high speed internet access without time or transfer limit. These connections are included in your monthly rent, as well as a lan-router. The broadband internet access allows you to use VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), making cost efficient telephone calls worldwide possible.
