Student life is more than hanging out in your own rooms. Just as in our other two premises, Uni Apart offers rooms to be used by all tenants.  Here you may meet other tenants or receive guests if you wish.

• The clubroom is equipped with TV, couches, tables and chairs for your comfort.

• Spend time on the roofed terrace.

• Relax in our gym - with exklusive access for our tenants. Enjoy your work-out after a busy day at uni without even leaving the building. Five different trainers available: from Cardio- to Muscle-Training.
  

• On-site washing-machines and dryers facilitate the necessities of everyday life.

Three different apartment types available:

You may choose between Studios with 31 sqm and Twin-Apartments with 40/45 sqm, which are available in 2 floor sizes and may be booked as single or double room (1 or 2 people). In case of a double room booking, the apartments will be equipped with 2 workstations. Additionally you may order a double bed or two single beds.
