Terms & Conditions (from 01.10.2011):

• Rent: € 399.- including all additional costs, such as: unlimited broadband internet access, electricity for your apartment, water supply, heating and many more.
• Deposit: € 750.- (will be paid back after moving out)
• Joint liability of your parents.
• The lease always begins on October 1^st for the predefined duration of one year; an optional prolongation for an additional year is possible.
• We ask for a debit advice procedure as proper form of payment from your bank.
• Admission only for students, interns, doctoral candidates etc.
• Letting of all apartments without commission
